Who We Serve
We put skin in the game and serve purpose-driven business owners, entrepreneurs, operators, executives, and their ROI-driven investors. We help them in hands-on (cofounder, acting executive, retained broker / banker) or advisory (board member or strategy consultant) roles to create, commercialize, and trade high-value IP (intellectual property) and to incubate, scale, optimize, operate, and exit impactful ventures.
We have earned a deep domain experience and cultivated a rich relationship network by helping create, build, and sell IP and businesses across a broad range of industries. Our diverse clientele spans from Fortune-10 to pre-revenue, ranges from semiconductor chips to potato chips, and includes for-profit, non-profit, academic, research, military, and government institutions. Although we have a hands-on experience in many verticals, our core industry focus is on Technology, Healthcare, Software, and Service companies.

How We Serve
We work with our clients from strategy through execution and get the deal done. Our values dictate, and our boutique structure enables, us to be selective on who we work with and how many clients we commit to concurrently. We do not employ a large army as a deliberate strategy. We measure success by your, not our, headcount and top line growth. With no pressure to bill the bench or to fit square peg employees in round hole projects, we can serve our clients with utmost integrity as a solutions broker and orchestrator. We fulfill your needs by globally sourcing and managing a best of breed team, handpicked by us or specified by you, that is located optimally and best suited for each engagement.
We feel most fulfilled when actively mentoring purpose-driven (often first-time) entrepreneurs, when investing our knowledge, relationship, and sometimes seed capital to build impactful businesses, and when closing premium-outcome deals or lucrative liquidity events to our clients.
